Tryin to set up HD TV with COX communications, the DVR BOX is working, but no channels...help!!!?

i hooked everything up, and there was basic cable, but none of the HD channels that comes with the service, it says call for authorization, which I did, im supposed to let it sit for 2 hours, i did that, and no channels at all now....i called again tried to re-do it, 2 hours later nothing again....WHATS WRONG!?!??!
