Should i go to the doctor?

I have had pains on my right side from above my belly on and down for 2 weeks. They started 2 weeks after my period, and they stayed abd went, and i am due for my period soon. I have also had pain (like regular pms cramps). i havn;t thrown up, but i did have a little nasea and diarea last night, but besides that, i feel fine. So, do you think that this is appendicitis, or just pms cramps? Because your ovalries are there too...
