I need help to get a loan?

I need a legitimate business or individual. Please do not ask me to send money in advance of a loan. I have been scammed so many times, I am broke, bills past due, my wife is out of critical medication and we do not qualify for help. I work 90+ hours a week and have no time for a second job, my wife is disabled and because of her age, cannot get disability. I need to consolidate my bills into one manageable payment. Can anyone help me?
