Married a European, now how do I get her citizenship?

She came over on her pport for 3 months, the maximum. We got pregnant. So she came back on her pport and we got married at the county courthouse. Where do I go from here? If she goes back to visit her family, will she be allowed back into the US? How soon can we expect her to drive, work? What do we need to do?
