I am starting a small Shaved ice concession stand business?

I live here in New Mexico and I am starting a shaved ice business. So Far i will be selling shaved ice, corn in a cup, Hot dogs, Chips, coca Cola, M&M's Gatorade, Nachos, Fruitiki bars. Any recommendations on what else would sell. Something that is popular in your locations. Or any pointers on my business? Thank you, your answers are appreciated
