Horrible to your loved ones? Read this?

you gave me goosebumps....so true. I think of the times ive yelled at my gorgeous children and feel ashamed, we get so caught up in things that are never actually going to matter in the grand scheme of things that we forget albeit not intentionally to stop and smell the roses. im gonna give my kids a great big hug when they get back from school
