Car Electrical Issues?

I used NOS a fuel enhancer 3 or 4 days ago to give my car a boost and also used valvoline fuel enjector cleaner all poured into my gas tank. 3 days ago my electrical light came on my car and now my windows/wipers/sunroof are slow and my car is making some rumbling noises. The cars performance is still fine although the overdrive is now delayed. My system in my car is fine along with my deck and lights but I am concerned that I have already dropped more than my car is worth into my car. Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on?
